Patric Nilsson is the data controller. Questions about your data go to me@patricnilsson.com.
What I store
When you sign up I store your email address, your first name if you give it, which form you used, what you asked for (for example which free resources) and your test result if you take the test. Nothing else.
Why
To send you what you asked for, and after that emails about the course, the book and new posts. The legal basis is your consent when you sign up. I never sell or share your data.
How long
For as long as you want the emails. Every email has a link where you unsubscribe with one click. If you want your data deleted completely, email me and I will do it.
Where the data is
The site and the list run on Cloudflare and the emails are sent through Resend. They may process data outside the EU and in that case do so under the European Commission standard contractual clauses. Calls are booked through Calendly, which has its own terms.
Your rights
You have the right to know what data I hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted and to withdraw your consent. If you are not satisfied you can contact the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection, imy.se.
Cookies
The site uses no cookies for tracking or ads. The booking box from Calendly may set its own cookies when it loads.
